What is a Member?

You can be a CTI volunteer and not be a CTI member. A volunteer can be anyone that wishes to work with a great group of other volunteers who share an interest in bettering the community through live theatre. If you become a member, you become part of the decision making process that will guide CTI in to the future. BONUS: You will receive a discount on Flex Passes and CTI theatre classes.

How Much Does it Cost?

Membership dues are $20 a year. Members are entitled to a $5 discount on the purchase of a Flex Pass. You will be asked to attend two CTI Membership meetings during the course of the season.

Areas to consider where your interests and talents may lie:

Backstage Crew or Management

Moving set, helping actors with their costume changes, helping actors or other crew members with props.

Artistic

Set design or decoration, costume design or construction, properties, lighting, and sound.

Director

Setting the vision for the production for everyone involved bringing together the many pieces of a production—the script, actors, set, costuming, lighting, sound and music.

Musical Director

Working with singers in partnership with the Director, rehearsing the cast musically and the orchestra, and serving as conductor for all performances.

Lifetime Members

CTI has over sixty people who, because of their dedication to the theatre, have been awarded Lifetime Member status. A Member of CTI can be awarded Lifetime status to individuals above the age of 65 who have faithfully served the theatre on a non-paid basis for over 25 years or at the discretion of the Membership. The Membership Chair awards recipients a Lifetime Member Card and Pin at the Annual CTI Gala. Lifetime Member’s name will be added to the list on the website and other CTI publications.
